For a visitor staying in Sultanahmet, Wo Spa is a massage venue on the Beyoğlu side of the Golden Horn, on Piyalepaşa Boulevard near İstiklal. It opens at 11:00 and closes at 22:00 every day of the week, so any weekday or weekend evening can work. Google lists it at 4.7 from 179 reviews. What it offers beyond massage, what it costs and whether it has separate sections for women and men is not stated, because its website could not be loaded when this page was prepared. Treat it as a venue to confirm by message or phone before you go.

Your first visit here

The venue is listed as a massage centre, and that is the only service confirmed. Treatment types, durations, prices, whether there are separate sections for women and men and whether a reservation is required are not stated, so ask when you contact them. It is also not stated whether it is a historic building or has a sauna, steam room or pool.

Fitting it into an Old City day

From Sultanahmet, take the T1 tram towards Kabataş and get off at Karaköy or Tophane, then continue on foot or by a short ride to Piyalepaşa Boulevard; the exact walking time is not stated. Since it opens at 11:00 and closes at 22:00, the late afternoon or evening after the mosques and museums is the natural slot. Plan the last start time with the closing hour in mind and confirm it with them.

What works well

  • Open every day from 11:00 to 22:00, so there is no closed day to work around
  • Located in Beyoğlu close to İstiklal Street, handy if your evening is spent on that side of the Golden Horn
  • Rated 4.7 on Google, which suggests guests are generally satisfied

Worth knowing first

  • Services, prices and facilities are not published here, so you have to ask before booking
  • It is not in the Old City, so you need a tram and a short onward trip from Sultanahmet
  • Massage
