Spa Soul at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul
If your Old City days are packed with museums and mosques, this spa is a deliberate change of pace: it is part of the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul in Şişli, near Taksim and Beşiktaş. It opens daily from 07:00 to 22:00, so you can fit it around whatever else the week holds. The listing carries a 4.5 Google rating from 65 reviews. What is missing is the practical detail: no treatment list, prices, or facility description (pool, sauna, hamam) could be confirmed, and neither could the reservation rules. Treat it as a hotel spa to ask about first, not a traditional hamam.
First time here: what to expect
This is a spa inside the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul, so expect a hotel setting rather than a historic hamam. Which treatments are offered, whether there are separate women's and men's areas, and whether there is a pool, sauna or hamam is not specified, so ask. Prices and the reservation rule are also not specified; confirm both when you contact them.
Fitting it into an Old City trip
The spa is in Şişli, close to Taksim and Beşiktaş, so it is a separate outing from Sultanahmet. One option is the T1 tram from Sultanahmet to Eminönü or Karaköy, then onward toward Taksim, or the M2 metro from Vezneciler to Taksim. Because it is open 07:00–22:00 every day, you could go in the early morning before sightseeing or in the evening after the museums close. Check the last treatment time when you book.
