Nada Ayurveda is a day spa on Sucukçu Musa Sokak in Bostancı, on the Asian side of Istanbul in Kadıköy, so it is not a place you pass while sightseeing around Sultanahmet. The only feature on record is massage, and the name points to Ayurvedic treatments, though that is an inference rather than something the venue has confirmed. Hours are the same every day, 10:30 to 22:00, which leaves room for an evening visit after a full day of museums. Google shows 4.5 stars from 152 reviews. A service list, prices, and booking rules were not available, so ask the spa before you set out.

What to expect on a first visit

Massage is the only listed feature. Which treatments are offered, whether Ayurvedic techniques are included, and what they cost is not stated, so ask. Whether there are separate sections for women and men, whether you need to book, and which languages the staff speak are also not stated; ask about these when you get in touch.

Fitting it into an Old City trip

Bostancı is in Kadıköy, across the Bosphorus from Sultanahmet, so allow a separate half-day rather than squeezing it between sights. The listed transport links only cover the Old City side (T1 tram at Sultanahmet, Sirkeci or Eminönü; Marmaray at Sirkeci and Yenikapı), and no route to Bostancı is given here, so check the journey yourself. With opening hours of 10:30 to 22:00, an afternoon or early evening slot after the museums works best.
