Bagdat AvenueKadikoy Day Spa
Este Spa
Este Spa is a day spa in Suadiye, on the Asian side of Istanbul, a short walk from the shopping street Bağdat Caddesi. If you are staying in Sultanahmet, treat it as a trip of its own: nothing in the Old City routes leads here directly. Doors are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00 and on Sundays from 11:00 to 21:00; Mondays it is closed. Google shows 4.4 stars from 59 reviews. There is no website, so the treatments, prices and any women/men sections are not published anywhere we could check.
Your first visit here
The services, the facilities (sauna, hammam, massage rooms) and whether sections are women-only, men-only or mixed are not stated: ask when you call. Prices are not published either. Whether you need to book ahead is also unknown, so it is safer to reserve by phone.
Fitting it around Old City sights
Suadiye is in Kadıköy on the Asian side, far from the T1 tram line that runs through Sultanahmet, Gülhane and Sirkeci, and we have no verified route to give you. Plan it as a separate half day rather than between mosques and museums. Since it stays open until 21:00 (from 11:00 on Sundays), the easiest slot is an evening after you have finished sightseeing; remember it is closed on Mondays.
What works well
- Open six days a week, with closing at 21:00, so an evening visit after sightseeing is possible
- Located near Bağdat Caddesi, so shops and cafés are close by for before or after
- Rated 4.4 on Google, a solid score for a small local spa
Worth knowing first
- No website, so services, prices and sections are unknown until you call
- Far from Sultanahmet and on the other side of the Bosphorus, which costs travel time
