If your days around Sultanahmet are packed with mosques and museums, note that The Manila Spa Istanbul is in Şişli, a different part of the city from the old-city hotels. It is listed as a massage business with a 4.5 Google rating based on 95 reviews. The hours are 12:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Saturday, and it is closed on Sundays, which makes it a late-afternoon or evening option. The website (mmbeautyconciergeturkey.com) returned a 404 error when checked, so the treatment menu and prices could not be verified. Whether it is a standalone venue or inside a hotel, whether it has separate women's and men's sections, and whether you need to book are all unknown.

First visit: what to expect

The business is listed for massage, but no treatment menu, price list or section details could be confirmed. Whether there are separate women's and men's areas, which languages staff speak and whether a booking is required are not stated, so ask before you go. Confirm the address, Abide-i Hürriyet Cd No:85/87, when you call.

Fitting it into an Old City trip

Şişli is outside the Sultanahmet area, so plan it as a separate evening trip rather than a break between sights. The T1 tram runs from Sultanahmet to Kabataş, and M2 connects Vezneciler, Şişhane and Taksim, but the exact route from these lines to Şişli is not given here, so check it before leaving. With opening hours of 12:00–23:00, a late-afternoon or evening slot after sightseeing fits best. Do not plan it for Sunday, when it is closed.

What works well

  • Open six days a week until 11 pm, so it works after a full day of sightseeing
  • Rated 4.5 on Google, a solid score for a massage-focused business
  • Massage is the listed focus, so you know the category before you call

Worth knowing first

  • Located in Şişli, not within walking distance of the old-city sights
  • Services, prices, languages and booking rules are not confirmed, and the website is down
  • Massage
