Fizyo Help is not a hammam. It is a massage and exercise studio inside the MetroCity shopping mall on Büyükdere Avenue, in Levent, which puts it well outside the Old City. The menu includes classic massage, reflexology and lymphatic drainage, and the studio also runs pilates and yoga classes. It is open every day from 10:00 to 22:00, but only by appointment, which you arrange through the website or on WhatsApp. Google rates it 4.9 from 141 reviews. There is no sauna or hammam section, and no price list was found online.

Your first visit here

Expect a massage and exercise studio in a mall, not a steam room with marble slabs. Book first via the website or WhatsApp, since walk-ins are not possible. Prices, the treatment lengths and whether there are separate women's and men's areas are not stated, so ask when you book. Towels, changing facilities and showers are not stated either, so ask about those too.

Fitting it into an Old City trip

The address is Esentepe, Büyükdere Cd. No:171, Beşiktaş (Levent), a different part of the city from Sultanahmet. We have no verified route from the T1 tram stops, so ask the studio or your hotel for directions. Because it is open until 22:00, the evening after the museums and mosques is the easiest slot. Keep the Old City sights for the day and treat this as a separate evening outing.

What works well

  • Classic massage, reflexology and lymphatic drainage are on offer, so it suits people who want a targeted treatment rather than a bathhouse ritual.
  • Opening hours are the same all week, 10:00 to 22:00, which leaves room for an evening session after a day of sightseeing.
  • Pilates and yoga are offered alongside the massage, which is useful if you want some movement after long days of walking.

Worth knowing first

  • It is far from Sultanahmet, and the route and travel time are not given in our data. Plan it as a separate trip.
  • Booking is required, so you cannot just walk in. No price list was found, and whether there are separate women's and men's sections is unconfirmed.
